φ50以下のバー材からのnc旋盤切削加工、数量は1個〜1000個程度が得意です。
多品種少量生産体制を確立し、小中ロットの切削加工に柔軟に対応します。
工具（nc旋盤用刃物）の自社製作により、複雑形状や難削材にも短納期で対応します。
年間6000種以上の豊富な加工実績があり、 電極、コアピン、特殊ネジなど1本から製造します。

nc旋盤加工の技術,製品の特徴
中村ターンテックのnc旋盤加工技術の特徴は、250台の「機械設備」と、手加工による「職人技」との融合です。高性能機械と職人の豊富な経験で、高品質な

nc旋盤加工時に使用する工具（切削する刃物）を自社製作する事により、nc旋盤
での加工が難しいと思われる製品にも即座に対応いたします。
nc旋盤加工のにいがた県央マイスター
1990年に機械加工（数値制御旋盤作業）、93年に同（普通旋盤作業）で技能検定1級を取得。 05年ににいがた県央マイスターに認定。 08年に高度熟練技能者（中央職業能力開発協会）に認定。09年に技能検定機械加工特級を取得。
自社製作による旋盤加工用刃物
切削工具が市販品では間に合わないケースがあります。工具を特注すれば1ヶ 月かかることもあり、当然コストもかかります。こんな場合は工具（刃物）を自 社製作します。これにより、コストをかけずに短納期で製作することが可能です。

優れた技術者を新潟県三条地域振興局が認証する「にいがた県央マイスター」 に選ばれました。多忙な仕事の合間をみて nc旋盤の技能検定講習会にも講師と して立ち、後継者育成にも力を入れています。

加工品の熱処理 表面処理について
表面処理（メッキ等）は、クロメート、ユニクロ、ニッケル、無電解ニッケル、
アルマイト（白・黒・色）、金メッキ、黒染などに対応します。
熱処理は、焼入、焼きなまし、高周波焼入、浸炭焼入、調質、窒化、イソナイ
ト、パーカー処理、フレームハードなどに対応します。
弊社地域を含む新潟県の燕・三条地域は全国有数の金属加工集積地で、近隣には
表面処理や熱処理の協力工場が多数あり、各種処理を含んだ完成品に仕上げるこ
とも可能です。
ネジの制作について
メートルネジ（並目、細目）、ユニファイネジ（unf、unc）、ミシンネジ、管用 ネジ、ウイットネジ、テーパーネジ、特殊ネジなど、様々なネジ加工が可能で す。特殊なサイズのネジでも、工具を自作することで短納期対応が可能です。
